This division of the company has been operating in the Yorkshire region for over 4 years and due to its success, has recently moved in to new premises on Whitehall Road, Leeds.

Heatcraft Yorkshire has gradually built a sound client base and have undertaken numerous projects of high quality.

Recently they completed 45 new build properties with Lovell Partnerships, for Bradford City Council, which achieved code 4 and code 6 ratings. Innovations such as a biomass boiler, solar heat, exhaust and air to air Nibe units, under-floor heating and rain water harvesting were installed.

Other projects have included 125 boiler re-heats for Barnsley Metropolitan Council, over 75 heatings in flats for Milner Build, in partnership with Accent Homes and Unity Housing, and several new build projects with various Main Contractors.

Recently a 3 year refurbishment contract in Sheffield, with Rowlinson Construction for Great Places has been completed with communal boiler systems and energy management meter readers.

We have also carried out plumbing works to the new bus station incorporating 2 hotels and a casino in Derby.

Future works in the order book include 20 new build flats in Rotherham, several new-build projects in Barnsley, and additional heatings locally.
