company history

Heatcraft (Plumbing and Heating Services) Limited was launched in 2001 by Mick and Sophie Joyce, operating out of a spare bedroom at their home in Altrincham.

As time went on Heatcraft Limited's success grew resulting in them moving to their first office space in Altrincham in 2003. Through continued dedication the company grew and it became apparent that their office was not large enough.

In 2004, Heatcraft Limited bought a property in Broadheath, Altrincham and converted it into an office space. This was their home for the next 5 years.

As their work in the Social Housing and New Build Sector increased, more local office and site staff were employed. At this time Heatcraft employed 10 office staff, 6 site supervisors, 30 plumbing and heating engineers and 6 apprentices.

It soon became apparent that their current office had become too small and they decided to purchase a local, unused pub in Altrincham and convert it into their new premises. Local tradesmen were employed and worked hard for 9 months getting the refurbishment complete to a high standard. In April 2010, Heatcraft were able to move into their new office and display centre.
