24 Hour Call

Heatcraft actively employ systems within our company that serve to create a “Right First Time” culture of working.  To carry out this procedure Heatcraft insure that:

  • Our engineers are educated to the correct standard of workmanship and materials.
  • Snag work is completed on each batch prior to relocation of engineer responsible. 
  • If defects are found, they are made good by the engineer responsible. This will assist the learning curve for our staff and also reinforce the “Right First Time” attitude.

Heatcraft have invested on a dedicated emergency call out service called Action Line.  Action Line employ experienced staff who have the knowledge of the industry, they aim to fill the gap where it is most needed in the within the social housing / new build sector by offering its unique call out service.  Action Line are contactable on 01922 644 634.

At the end of each working day between the hours of 4.30pm to 8 am and all day Saturday and Sunday Action Line will are on hand to receive, filter, assess and distribute all emergency call outs.
